I hope that you have a good set of boots. I live in Denver and have a foot of snow already and it is still coming.

I've got a the usual Colorado X-Tra large 4X4 truck so I can get wherever I want to go lol ;-)

I didn't get a fraction of what they were forecasting,no more than 1/2" on the ground,But that's normal here for one end of town to be snowed in while 5 miles away none.The storm a coupla weeks ago was a good one though.Some friends and I took our trucks out to "search and rescue" people who were stuck

Yeah, and the roads weren't as bad this time as I had feared. I was out at between 8:00 - 9:00 Sunday morning, and it was just slushy. The biggest obstacles were a couple of clogged storm drains that put huge puddles in the road. Not a problem for a big truck, but I thought that it would swamp my little Toyota.

I did see an apartment complex in Aurora on the news that had anywhere between 6 - 12 (depending on which channel you watched) carports collapse with cars still underneath them.

Ya' I saw that too.Some big trees crushed some houses,cars and such.Streets are gonna' be icy through the night.Usually makes for an exciting Monday am rush

That's what I was afraid of too, but it didn't seem too bad this morning. I think that a lot of people said "screw it" and stayed home?

The local news showed a lot of areas where the snow was 2ft or more.Always good to get a snow day or give everyone that has to get out more room on the roads
