I think I was thinking about things that make people cry, and I thought about Bad Pun Dog crying about being replaced by Anna Kendrick, and it seemed really funny. :)

No, what I meant was the WHOLE Anna Kendrick meme wave you got going right now...Nothing against Anna, I'm just curious what made you come up with that...LOL

I saw a tweet she posted, where she was making a face like Bad Pun Dog. I thought it was really funny and it seemed like she was being a good sport, so I went to the gif of her doing the trademark Bad Pun Dog smile and took 3 screen captures to make the Bad Pun Dog meme with.

(Later I found out I wasn't the first one to think of it - there's other memes like that on the internet that look just about identical to the one I made.)

From there, I think the idea of a Hollywood celebrity trying to "replace" all the memes just seemed to flow naturally. Actually it's farmerann who found and uploaded most of the Anna Kendrick templates. She's good at finding pictures of Anna that seem to match the memes. :)

Yeah Farmerann is pretty funny...and I've seen her demonstrate her ability to put Anna in just about everything...LOL
