what if it told you the constitution permitted slavery, the jim crowe laws passed constitutional muster, brown v bd of ed was decided in 1954 and the Civil Rights Act that abolished the Jim Crow laws didn't pass until 1965???
Then I'd say the secularization of our country has done more good than Christianity, which aided and abetted slavery and the persistence of Jim Crow...
IF DEEPLY HELD RELIGIOUS BELIEFS LIKE "NO GAYS SERVED" SHOULD PASS CONSTITUTIONAL MUSTER; WHY NOT DEEPLY HELD CULTURAL BELIEFS LIKE JIM CROW OR PAY INEQUALITY?
