Wasn't Cosby more of an 80's icon?

Right, I didn't even include his standup & albums in the discussion with Spurs, it seemed like he wanted to talk about TV.

The answer to "Why is there air?" - to blow up volleyballs, footballs, basketballs, etc.

I went to a garage sale a few years ago and this guy had that CD and a bunch of other old Cosby CDs for $2 - 3 each, mint condition. SOLD! You can't find those in stores.

SLEESTAKS! | made w/ Imgflip meme maker
SLEESTAKS! SLEESTAKS! Right...I didn't know which category to put that into, a cartoon that I liked or a live action show that was weird LOL! I liked it big time and even liked the Will Farrell version.

I hit puberty about the same time as Holly... between her and Isis late Saturday mornings were A W E S O M E!

Right, I think that we must be the same age! Live action Wonder Woman, Charlie's Angels, Gilligan's Island reruns...

Is it just me, or did the comments get shuffled out of order? I thought that this thread was below where you had Picard talking about cartoons?

I had to go back up. We had hit bottom. Linda and Farrah... what a night for tv!

Now I'm the one that doesn't remember the '70s LOL! I had to Google that image, found out that it was on an episode of Fat Albert! Thanks for that!

:) but it was the Chicken Heart That Ate Chicago, there were a few references to that album throughout the Fat Albert Series.

Scooby Doo, Wacky Racers, SuperFriends (more that I can't remember, still on first cup o' joe) were great.

Remember some of the "live action" Saturday shows though? Sid & Marty Croft? I think those guys were on acid! HR Puffenstuff and Sigmund & the Sea Monsters? Wow!

Nope, he was on TV since the 60s with "I Spy", in the 70s he had Fat Albert. I will give you the fact that "The Cosby Show" was one of the biggest hits of the 80s, but he was uge way before that.

Yeah, knew about the other stuff, but dust think he was that big in the 70's. Oh well, I upvoted anyway cause it was funny.

There ya' go, and they're still good (as far as I know, I don't follow basketball too much). I do know that the Noguts (Nuggets) still think it's 1979.

Lol, yes they are. Actually, they're better than they were in the 70's. And the Nuggets...well....

Google says 8, but I only had this one and "Don't Look Back" albums. Styx was my favorite band after Boston.

I liked early Styx, but they went too far to pop and ballads later.

I didn't realize that Boston had eight. I wonder if that includes best ifs, etc?

I was off for the weekend....my guess is you're probably right about best hits. Seems a band gets low on cash and then comes out with a "new" album.
