I've been having trouble too, not just on political memes. Just had a very innocent one finally feature after 10 hours and a feedback form sent in. WTH?

custom templates can take a long time. I seriously don't panic until about 15 hours after I submit.

Did you see my previous comment on a work-around for custom templates?

Yep, I did, that does sometimes works and maybe even most of the time but I have had that fail me too.

Dude I could barely sleep last night and I watched both your star wars memes just sit on the second page as others moved up and down around them. The one about the father trooper had enough upvotes to at least hit the front page easily but nope. I don't even know if it's personal or just somebody jealous over that dang leaderboard. It's not like either of us go around pissing in people's cheerios!

I knew they weren't because of how long they took to get to page 2. They still did pretty well. I have way more pg 2 than pg 1s lol.

Same here bro same here, I've been on a pretty good roll regardless, the past ten roughly have over 20 upvotes at the least and to me that's pretty good for that many in a row. I usually have around half out of ten be like 6, 6, 8, etc lol.

Im not a front page / leaderboard monitor,... but for a few weeks, I was watching john because I wanted to see him getting close to the 1M mark. I can honestly say,... now I know why I don't look. I had a few memes sit page 3,... maybe 2,... with 60 plus upvotes, and I saw memes with high 30's and 40 plus UV on the front page. I don't know how the points work really.. or who / how some memes go front page with fewer votes than others. The only factor I know that will make fron page,... is comments. My Mega comment thread memes did go front page. UV was not enough. SO after a year on this site,... and my few weeks of watching LB and front pages,... I am more confused than ever. Like you and John ( among my favorite users!),... I go out of my way to not piss users off. Even when they are nasty. I have had 2 users that were impossible,.. and trolled me bad,... and it was at that time the admin said someone was "gaming the system." My memes were not reflecting any views,... even by users like you that come by and support,.. like we do. BTW,... I am trying to play catch up. My recent memes had so many comments I had to suspend submissions,... and was not able to go through some of my favorite user memes like you!!! I will catch up,... but with work this week and the threads,... I was hopping! =) I love comments!! They are funnier than the memes most of the time!! Keep going brother!!!

I believe some people purposely downvote memes to keep them off the front page. But me and John both like making memes about stormtroopers missing and apparently tetsuoswrath has major issues with that. I made what I thought was a rather harmless comment on his meme and he blew up at me out of nowhere. He is still trying to get me to flame war with him about it but you know how I am ;) just not gonna happen. I always liked the guy but if he can hate me over a few star wars memes then he obviously has issues I wasn't aware of...

My cousin just text me that it's been 15 hours and they haven't featured that meme with the terrorists dressed all in white, guess we all kinda figured that one lol.
