It getting better around here. Clearing out grandpas estate. Wife and I are having another kiddo sometime around late September. With the passing of grandpa it's letting my mom fully embrace being a grandma, which is good for everyone. Upcoming primary in my state... have to be deputy county clerk for that, then turn around the next morning and leave for training in Michigan. Might be able to squeeze in a few memes from the field. I bought one of those folding solar panels for my pack that should keep my phone charged.

Where are you going to be in Michigan? I started out as a Reservist, and we used to go to Grayling, Camp Custer I believe. It was always cold and wet!
You nailed it with Grayling. Part time at the barracks, part time at OP-4. Cold and wet is all I've heard from the guys I know at units up there. Our arrival day says chance of rain with a high of 60...I'll take it..it previously had snow forecasted.
