Yeah I hear you that it's disappointing.

I don't know how NSFW is set - whether it's the mods' decision, or it happens when users flag it, or whether it can be both.

I sort of understand why it's NSFW, but then again compared to a lot of the other stuff that slips through it's a pretty mild reference.

Considering the depictions of anatomical parts I've seen on the frontpage without it, yeah I would say so. It came out that way.

Then it must be the mods. I can't see any "automatic flag" words in it.
