Thanks to the conservative congress we had through most of the 90's Clinton wasn't much a factor. Clinton was a "I'll just agree with the members of congress and ride the wave of success" type president.

He also wasn't dealing with a do nothing gop congress (overtaken by tea party conservative extremists) that blocked his every move.

When Lindsey Graham calls the GOP "batshit crazy"....you're in trouble.

Most of the republicans now do nothing but pander to the left. That's the problem. Too much "reaching."

I submitted it a few days ago but it didn't go any further than that.I've made a few of these,and they just stay submitted.. I think it's because they look like a templet more than a meme or because of how different they appear compared to everything here?I don't know,I expected them to at least be featured.
by using different fonts for the words,copy/crop/edit for the art and many layers of photo add an element + drag enlarge and repeat over and over and using the enhance on every layer.It probably wouldn't take as long if I used my laptop to create,but for using my ¡5 I think it turned out ok.
