Just got a couple of hangers featured after hours in the hopper

I have not figured out that approval system the mods use yet. I have had memes that have "ISIS" on ot that don't feature,.... then I will see a meme with "ISIS" that is featured. WTF?? and some are featured within 2 hrs,... some 8,... 13,.... or never. I wish there was a "standard" that was public for us to look at.
