I try to upvote posts but I can't. Anybody else having this problem?

I have tried to up vote posts and the upvote does not stick. Here is a gif showing what I am talking about. It is small and hard to see, but if you zoom in you can see I try to like a post by rpc1, click the post, try upvoting again, refresh window, then check the likes in my profile and it is not there. I try to like things for days and sometimes it never sticks.

i've just been letting it ride for a few minutes, and then check back. your posts especially are getting some much traffic i usually don't even see an upvote or a comment post until several minutes after i make them.

Same here. It take a few minutes sometimes. It seems that leaving the arrow green works even if you leave the page though.

Maybe this might work:
1.) Try refreshing a few times
2.) Log out, close the window, then log in
3.) Try using Google Incognito mode (Alt Ctr N)

Or maybe you did up-vote it, but it's just not appearing on your screen for some reason.

I think it is a caching issue, it happens to me all the time.

I'm really tired of people asking for upvotes when they don't put in the effort to earn them.

did you watch the gif I linked in the comments? It shows what I am talking about. You try to upvote something but the upvote does not stick and the post does not show up in your likes.

Yeah he's not asking for upvotes, rather explaining the issue that some of us are experiencing with the effectiveness of the site.

Sometimes for me yeah it doesn't work.
