The actual illusion is pathetically easy to figure out. But I'm impressed with how quickly and easily he's able to swing that table up into the air. He must have strong wrists and fingers.
I work in the Film and TV business...building sets things used as props. Balsa we use to break harmlessly. Styrofoam is sculpted, shaped and painted to look like anything they want.
