It's not possible THIS gif has ever been seen anywhere before because I created it myself...is it possible someone made one like it in the past? Sure, maybe someone did, the law of averages dictates it is a possibility. But there are thousands of memes created at Imgflip on a daily basis, and I for one have not seen them all, and could not possibly remember every one I've ever seen.

You find a video clip of your subjects. Then you capture two stills from the video with the subjects in two different positions. The you make the template. Then you enter the subjects into the template in alternating sequence. Then you upload finished template into the gif maker in sequence, and adjust the speed to your liking.

Wile E. Coyote's legs the outline is not dark enough so you really can't tell that his legs are moving. In the original pictures, his legs alternate...but due to the coloring it is hard to tell...maybe I should have made the outline darker...
