A bit late to the party, but whatever, this gif works perfect

Got thrown away like it's a baseball🥀

damn

😣

And now because Playstation has abandoned physical media, if you want GTA VI you have to download it, and the download will eat up 600 gigabytes of space.

The Playstation 5 can only hold 800 gigabytes to one terabyte of storage, unless you're willing to buy an additional SSD for it, and SSDs can only hold up to eight terabytes of data. Limiting the number of games you can own to the amount of data storage space on your console is a move that I think will hurt Sony in the long run, especially if future games eat up more than one terabyte of space.

It doesn't have to be this way. Physical media still has a future. There's a company called Folio Photonics that is working on making optical discs that can hold one terabyte of data. A terabyte is a thousand gigabytes, more than enough space for GTA VI. Or you can distribute games on SD cards like the Nintendo Switch does. Some SD cards can hold up to two terabytes of data, though they're prohibitively expensive when they hold that much data in such a small space. To fix this problem, Sony can make SD-like cartridges that are the size of credit cards or optical discs (CDs/DVDs). Enlarging the cards would also make them harder to lose.

That's my two cents. Have a nice day.

okay

YEET

Guys don't worry the machine didn't kill both goombas, Bowser grabbed them and threw them like a baseball

yes im definitely not worried anymore

Ahh, corporate greed I see, well, IF BUYING ISN’T OWNING, THEN PIRATING ISN’T STEALING!

That GIFS was mine! And thank you for using it! :)

Np it’s a good gif

Down with physicsl media, you vill own nothing und be happy

He does not know 😭😭😭

"You will own nothing and be happy"

That statement is only 57.14% true, and I think you know which part is true.

I guess this is how the story goes

I'm in the thick of it everybody knows, they know me where it snows asking it and they froze

I know no nothing it's ice and just cold

40 something milli subs or so I’ve been told

I'm in my prime but this ain't even final form

If all the world's companies eliminate physical media, they can honestly say we will own nothing. But that doesn't mean we'll be happy about it.

I know and for digital games we don't actually own them we just are allowed to use so basically its like a license rather than owning it

Which means that if you delete a digital game from your SSD and decide you want that game back, you'll have to pay for it all over again.
