seriously those people were the worst, whenever anybody pointed it out they just downvote spammed them into a low rated comment it was annoying as hell
Well I think gif reposting has been slowly getting less popular ever since the site was created
If you look at 2013, reposting gifs was literally the only thing people would do
And over time, originality got pushed more
