Maybe because they know it's redundant bullshit. Because the voter registration does the same thing and failed the same reason this will fail, because it was never going to get passed in the first place, because it's just a distraction for us to argue over, because the reasons this and the VRA have failed have not changed, someone is forging the paperwork to get illegals registered, and that someone is a corrupt bureaucacy and the uniparty. Because the uniparty doesn't want it to pass, the Republicans want the slave labor and the Dems want the free votes. The fraud is coming from inside the system, not from illegals or citizens but from corporations and the government and this bill just the voter registration shifts the blame to the people and not the state. Buts been the state doing it all along so pass or not passed nothing changes except adding another layer of inconvience to your right to vote.
