The quote that you posted was supposedly said on Air Force One in 1963, according to a book that was published in 1996. All parties that was supposedly witness to said alleged quote had already passed away by then. There had been no record of that quote or anything similar to it before that. Previous to that book in 1996, it did not exist. It's a fake unsubstantiated quote.
