If New Yorkers want to hand their city over to a Marxist then so be it. On the other hand a capitalistic nation doesn't have to keep pouring taxpayer's funding into that doomed city in order to keep it propped up financially as the Marxist methodically destroys it.

not gonna argue with you (because conservates usually dont see reason) but the guy who got elected is a democratic socialist, not marxist/communist. marxism is extreme left, wheras socialism is far left. Just like republicans are not fascists (extreme right), only far right.
