There are ways for bedrock users to get free skins, "mods" and texture packs, although they aren't as straightforward as Java Edition.

Bedrock can import skins, texture packs, and data packs from online. Stop doing only 5 seconds of research and calling it good.

The data packs you can get on bedrock are not nearly as good as mods you can get for Java tho
