It's ironic that the spawnism "religion" is based off two time, who got lied to, and canonically, the Spectre gives them the ability to respawn, rather than the spawn.
It's grown men (probably mentally ill) that believe in some "religion" that was created in a kid's game, and their spawn image is created using an old paint software. They also harm themselves by doing stuff like cutting themselves.
