After watching this video several times, this almost looks like a "cosplay" set up, because all of the other ICE raids are executed differently and dressed slightly different gear. The casual posture of the "agents" also seems odd. Plus, all of the ICE raids are to apprehend a specific person, not just casually standing around a street where protestors are already assembled.
