He's being investigated by the DOJ for promoting racism in his city's hiring policies. He's simply digging that leftist promoted racist hole deeper and deeper. This relentless course of action by this Chicago mayor -- with ONLY a 6% approval rating by the entirety of city voters -- also demonstrates his innate low I.Q. and that as a leftist politician he never had to learn the meaning of the word . . . 'consequences'.
