Thank you for the two links. I liked the fact that you could see the officer pull the trigger and see the assailiant go down. A few years ago, two cops had to kill someone who was threatening them and others with a gun at a local hospital. You could see abd hear the officers shooting, but because of the bodycam's angle, you couldn't see the impact the bullets were making.

I'm glad police have body cameras. It shows how dangerous their jobs are and increases respect for them. When the FOX tv show COPS debuted in 1989, the camera operators who followed the police had to complete police academy training. FOX should release the entire COPS series on DVD or Blu-Ray, so that people can watch it at any time even if the streaming server is disabled, sabotaged or destroyed. They could save storage space by releasing it on ten-terabyte Fluo-Ray discs.
