I don't know but it probably would not have changed the outcome. The truck driver's blind spot was in full evidence and he just couldn't see the car. He pulled over immediately (as he should).

IMO, the car should not have passed him on the right. I feel sorry for both of them, but I feel worse for the truck driver.
