Well I mean why else would you order MASS deportations. That's impractical practice if you genuinely want to bring costs down for non-immediately immigrated Americans.

You realize that we have a declining birthrate and only our continued influx of immigrants keeps us from sinking into a Japan-style demographic trap? Oh, and immigrants provide a lot of the labor that keeps that infrastructure going (construction, healthcare, food production, et cetera).

Not many low-income Americans are going to move to Iowa to do dangerous and or dirty jobs for even lower pay. And Laken Riley's family wouldn't be happy, but they would be wrong, because non-immigrants commit more crimes. Overall statistics do matter.
