This says nothing about our bodies since all of these people are Asian. Asians (especially the Chinese) have proven time and time again that they are better than almost everyone else at almost everything. Thanks for trying to motivate me, but this video has given me the startling realization that I will never be Asian, so I will be old one day. :(
