Yes. Most movies have some good parts to them if you look hard enough. I can appreciate the tine and energy people put into things even if the end result is less than ideal.

When Walt Disney World celebrated their 25th anniversary in 1996, they turned Cinderella Castle into a giant birthday cake, and you could see the difference a long way away before you got into the park. In 2021, when the 50th anniversary rolled around, they added decorations to the castle, but the decorations were a lot more subtle, and you didn't notice them until you got right next to the castle. Disney did a better job celebrating the 25th anniversary of Walt Disney World than they did celebrating the 50th. Apparently it was all because a few couples who got married at Walt Disney World during that time window of the 25th anniversary complained that by changing the castle's appearance when their portraits were taken, Disney ruined their entire wedding day experience for them.

nope, and they probably never will.

Megamind 2 didn't have any thought put into it since it was merely a generic hero story (the one thing the first Megamind was parodying and making fun of)

honestly, megamind 2 was a huge disappointment to the community. The movie was finally getting some respect and then dreamworks ruined it. The show is worse.

The movie didnt have a lot of effort, but some people worked their ass off trying to amuse others, like us on imgflip. The creators of movies do not deserve to be shunned because their movie was bad. So lets praise them, and move on

Emoji Movie was so bad it's amazing, Sponge on the Run and Shrek 3 were awful, and Shrek 4 was ok.

Admittedly, there are movies that feel like the former, particularly Toy Story 4.

TS4 wasn't the best imo, I think of it as an alternate universe instead of part of a quadrilogy

I think it was a decent movie, but at the same time it was painfully obvious what its purpose was.

The original Toy Story was good. The second Toy Story was better. The third Toy Story was best. and a perfect way to bring things to a close. Toy Story 4 did not need to be made at all.
