Strength increases carry weight and increases melee damage, which is very useful
Perception increases your chance of successfully hitting shots in V.A.T.S. (Vault-Tec Assisted Targeting System)
Endurance affects max health and Action Points (AP) drained when sprinting
Charisma increases chances of passing Persuasion checks based on difficulty and bartering prices (You'll be able to tell when speech is a persuasion check or not)
Intelligence affects small things like fixing stuff, and also how much XP you get from certain actions
Agility affects your max AP... That's about it or Agility
Luck is good fortune and rarity of loot found.
Thanks so much for the info just one small question I wanna play it like it's a fps like cod and I wanna know what stats I need from S.P.E.C.I.A.L. so tell me the best perks for this playstyle from best stats to dump stats I don't really need I sent you the ones I'm gonna do of I get the game but let me know I'd I need to change and revise it
Before you commit mass genocide or war crimes in fallout 4, there's something every players does: Quicksaving. Quicksaving is what you do every time you wanna f**k around and find out. If you quicksave twice tho, the one before that gets deleted.
Quick question I'm stuck trying to get 3 games I really want I want fallout but on the other hand there's metal gear rising revengeance as a fallout fan how fun is it in ganeplay and content that's what I want to know
You're gonna be having a lot more gameplay and have to make tough decisions in Fallout 4 while also vibing to music on the radio that never matches your situation, in MGR:R, you're gonna be vibing to the hardcore soundtrack and mashing slide in battles, doing Quick-Time events, and just f**king mashing and stuff or die.
If you want a very long-lasting story with extremely difficult decisions (Spoilers: Nuking your son, blasting an airship with a cannon that has children aboard, or just be evil) as a FPS with nerve-wracking encounters, go for Fallout. But if you want a Third-Person sneaking, fast paced, mashing-reliant, level-based game, go for MGR:R.
Good, there were some twists I left out that I didn't want to spoil either, I had all the twists spoiled for me, so I'm glad that you're playing blind.
I want 2 ganes but can't decide which to pick between I want fallout 4 and I want metal gear rising revengeance I want to know from your professional opinion how good is the game gameplay wise and content wise
Thanks I chose strength for Malee perception for vats so I can use it like deadeye from rdr2 endurance for hard missions and intelligence for upgrading wepons and making em like pazer guns also is the mysterious gun slinger perk good herd it's can help in life or death situations in the game
S.P.E.C.I.A.L. perks aren't singe standalone skills, they can be leveled up with skill points to increase their effects and unlock new perks. You get like 25 skill points at the beginning of the game, too.
For example, my S.P.E.C.I.A.L. stats right now are (but you don't have to use these, my stats are kinda bad)
S:6
P:6
E:4
C:5
I:6
A:5
L:4
(Not including extra perks you can unlock in the perk chart)
Big leagues increases melee damage, Strong back increases carry weight, Life Giver gives more max health and can regen at a high enough level, and Mysterious Stranger gives a chance for a mysterious stranger to appear in V.A.T.S. and One-Shot your enemy. There are many more perks tho, and keep in mind, you can level most of them up.
Just tell me on one of my Fallout memes. Couple more things: Never stray too far from the Northwest without power armor, and if you hate side quests, never speak to Preston Garvey after the Freedom Calls quest. There are memes about the stuff he makes you do.
I never played the game but show me a meme to soo exactly why he's the worst but yes I like side quest AS LONG AS THEY HELP ME LEVEL UP AND GET OP GEAR , HEALTH TOOLS A LOYAL COMPAIEN ETC
You don't get OP gear, you just get some EXP. The joke is that after you help him out in Concord, he doesn't shut up saying: "I've gotten word from another settlement that needs our help. Here, I'll mark it on your map." It's made him the most infamous character in the franchise.
Hey a freind if my just showed me the trailer and game fallout 4 since he a fallout fan and I got intreasted by I have served questions how good is the gameplay? Can you customize the power armor anyway you like or are you forced to choose decals? is the dlc mandatory ?does it have online gameplay? And I wanna play the game like it's a fps what stats do I need like you know " S.P.E.C.I.A.L. and ehat perks do I need ?
Only Fallout 76 is multiplayer, DLC is not too important, you can paint power armor, but you don't *have* to. S.P.E.C.I.A.L. means Strength, Perception, Endurance, Charisma, Intelligence, Agility, and Luck.
Ok so when I mean by you can paint it can you paint the helmet black chest plate navel blue and the legs red or ARE YOU FORCED to have decals like how cars do in racing games or can every part of the t60 power armor be customized regardless of color
