The billions spend in car design and research and safety equipment kind of helps keep that figure down though, but doesn't eliminate it.
Footballers/ Soccer players by contrast don't have that luxury, many of whom go on to develop football related injuries or conditions like Dementia or broken/ torn body parts that end careers.
