There really is a reason as to why they seem rude, although some might not be. It's usually because these people look after you. They want to get you to your home safely. They want to protect you in any danger, so when you talk loudly, or even silently, it loses their focus, making them lose their temper, because these people go to house to house, dropping you off, driving, dropping you off, driving, and cycle repeats. You should honestly feel thankful for your bus drivers, because you would be walking ten thousand steps home if you didnt.

For me, the bus is a chaotic tube of death, and my poor bus driver doesn't care

One time when I was in junior high, some sophomores/8th graders on the bus started smoking nicotine and my bus driver didn't care! (I tried to hold my breath for as long as I could, but I think that nicotine makes me have shortness of breath.) I don't know how those kids (who are younger than me) didn't get expelled yet, but I have a feeling that they will, sooner or later...
