No, you're not allowed pure hatred. Plus, this is not hate. This is love. If you are to love the individual, and if you care for their soul, then of course you aren't hating them by telling them that their actions are perverted. You are attempting to make them a better person, and in the process, perhaps they will be able to be united with our lord forever and ever in paradise.
