Therefore they (the mods) might grant you ownership as it appears to be abandoned.
There's actually quite a few streams like that (abandoned) available for new owners. Olympian had a list of them a couple of years ago. It's up to them tho.

I had once asked about a stream that was long abandoned by the owner, but was denied. It's an obscure classic, and I guess the mods wanted to keep it. I was concerned because it was on autopilot, so memes that didn't gt the joke were getting posted, changing the flavor of the stream. But they took care of that.
