You clearly don't understand how complex a problem this is and how suitable ships and aircraft can't magically arrive at destinations and people just find them. It's not the movies. There are only a relatively small handful of vessels in the area that can get there at short notice and locate and/ or dive that deep (3800m/ 12,467ft/ 2.36 miles) and multiple nationality specialist vessels are already on site covering sea and air including Canadian. "Boston" is clearly not doing "the work" and Canadians not.
