also ... swing fwd not around ... only come around when the arm no longer extends toward target

make sure wrist is in ulnar deviation and extension in the backswing ... and then release the ulnar deviation into neutral thru impact ... however, at impact wrist is still in extension albeit less pronounced

Use the chest (pects) to power rotation ... feel pectorals stretch and then pull the arm into impact ... do not use the arm only
