My 9 year old brother did this with Pac-Man and the Ghostly Adventures 2. There was a ledge he couldn't get to, so we used a small patch of collision to reach a solid invisible platform, then clipped up through the stage and to a secret area with an alternate route.

reminds me of this one time while i was playing lego batman on my wii. i was exploring the open world and when i was loading into one section it loaded wrong. it loaded the low poly map insted and i flew around with superman hour at least an hour looking at the world.

there was this old game on my phone where, if I exited and re-opened it at the perfect time when it was saving/loading a level, it would glitch out and give me insane amounts of in-game cash. I then abused that cash to buy everything in the game. it was glorious.
