Used to live in a Chicago where you're always shittin eggrolls from the speed cameras, red light cameras etc. Guilty til proven innocent, and NO way to fight their "decisions". Same exact vibe.
They can mock the South all they want. We have no parking tickets, street cleaners, YOU DON'T need em ! And with open carry, there's no appreciable robbery stats either. They know what's on the other side of that counter, and with the customers.
