Obviously your grades will go down at a value depending on what your homework is. But that's why you ask the teacher for help to better explain what you are supposed to do for the assignment. But hopefully your teacher explains your homework to a point of where you understand it. Even if it's missing your teacher should say "What's the problem?" and tell you what you're supposed to do for your assignment if thats why you didn't turn it in.
