Here’s an idea: go to your world and character files on the select screen and click the trash can button, which will give the player a spawn for the scraggler npc which sells endgame armors weapons accessories and buffs (like zenith and stuff) for one copper each with the best possible reforges on them

Don't take me for a fool. The trash can button deletes your character, I have used it before. And on top of that I just looked at the wiki, and guess what? The scraggler doesn't exist.
