A few percentage points is not a Red Tsunami. Its not going to happen because the voting was never cleaned up, the people that got caught cheating on video were not indicted and the only issue that was solved was the mail in voting. All the other ways they cheated in the last election remain untouched.
It will be a red mirage just like last time.
