True, but if we're using grammar to an image loli and pop are separate words, so we could assume that a loli(pop) relates to a cake(pop) as in either the "sweet" part of the treat would be the top edible candy/pastry so assuming that this applies to the principle, then a lolipop detached from the stick is simply a "loli" but this could also be false.
