What you don't see in the gif is how they voluntarily line up to get on that conveyor belt. It is a huge line that stretches out of the building and a couple of a hundred miles away.
It's Sci-Fi Comedy. Granted it's an environmental movie but it's so darn funny any politics is soon forgotten because of the comedy. I do recommend it.
