dude pulled his pepper spray on a cuffed suspect that was sitting in the back of the squad , the female officer grabbed him by the belt and pulled him away to try to calm the him down, and he got mad because she interfered with his power trip and grabbed her by the throat. I mean, you need more context than that?

I reread my comment and I see how you might have thought I was being shitty to you, I wasn't trying to. I just wanted to relay what I seen in the clip, when I tried to crop the video to capture what happened, I made sure to get the cuffed dude in the back of the squad , the cop pulling his pepper spray, the female cop grabbing him and pulling him away and him grabbing her by the throat. I thought what I was able to get in there was a fairly clear cut example of a power tripping cop.
