You can tell by the crafting and inventory buttons that Sauce is on console. Which means it's impossible to use mods. Any actual player would know this is real. Watch Dream or Georgenotfound if you don't believe it. Also if Sauce used commands, the bottom left corner of the screen would say something like "gave Sauce water bucket" so obviously he/she didn't use commands.

how i know its not fake, if he landed and missed the water, they would of died, provided they are not in creative and landing on dirt has a different particle effect then water, so he would of died if there were no water particles. no commands used, as the text does not appear. and that distance seems about 1 block away, maybe 1 and a half, so grabbing stuff is possible. :)
