Seems to me you'd have to be pretty mentally disordered to defend Biden in the way people defended Trump. It's not like Biden doesn't have every MSM outlet acting like fanboys and girls and asking the weakest lamest questions and letting him off on just about everything.
Not one outlet suggested that Bidens falling down was a result of something with his health. When clearly the guy runs like a geriatric, barely missing tripping over his own feet and they reckon he runs normal. Normal for a guy who shouldn't be running due to lack of co-ordination.
But when Trump uses caution walking down a ramp it meant that doctors were interviewed and questions asked with diagnosis of his physical and mental health completed without ever examining the guy.
