just grab a paper napkin make it cover the sensor then you can clean the soap and you won't have a ton of soap. even if the motion sensor is high quality and can still sense you moving just use the napkin to cover up the dispenser so all of the remaining soap fall into a napkin then you can just slide the napkin away with all of the soap.
