hahahaha look i downvote and fact if u give upvote to them they will got a point and u too but if u downvote u will be only one who got a point so i know u hate them but pls dont give them downvote
he probably does not have english as a native language. I think he is trying to say that if you upvote you both get points, but if you downvote only you get points
