If you want to use this gif to post as a comment on someone else's meme then:
copy link (1) below and paste it into your notepad then Copy link (2) below and paste that on the end of https://

So just put part (2) on to the end of part (1)
Once you have joined them up, copy the entire link (save the note for future use) then:
Use the "Post Comment" button (or the Reply link if you're replying to another comment) and paste it in as a comment.. (Don't click on Post meme) click on (Post Comment) to finally post it! And it will then show up as as a clickable Link *see below:
*If you did it right, after you post it "https://" will vanish and it will appear as below: (Click to open it, then click the same place again to close it to carry on reading!)
If you have another gif (on imgflip) that you want to use instead go to the gifs image page and copy only the numbers and letters on the end of the webpages address link past the last forward slash/ in your browsers address bar.
Then replace my numbers and letters with the new ones and add .gif on the end of it (only if it's a .gif file lol)
Posted as some users didn't know how to do it including me when I 1st started.
*Thanks to previous users comments I was able to work it out, I can't recall your names or the links that I 1st came across but you know who you are.
Some of the stuff posted was old so it no longer worked and some of it was a bit complicated to follow, hopefully this is easier.
