But the reason you don't see captchas on newer websites asking the user to click on a bunch of images is that Google has been able to determine the TYPES of actions that humans do--PATTERNS of activity, etc.--and their latest captcha software can distinguish what humans do from what software does--and the robots are controlled by software.
