Yeah imgflip doesn't give you much with motion on gifs. But it's free and we'll take advantage of that, compare to paying for photoshop! Just try to use gifs under 5 seconds it's easier to get the arrow to move, compare to longer gifs! 😊😉
I use paint.net for my photo editing usually. It's free. I did get the arrow to move in another gif but cannot remember how I did it. I am going to try again tomorrow and see what I can figure out.
