If you're interested, this is "Miki and Camilla" and are in the care of the Black Jaguar-White Tiger Foundation, a nonprofit based in Mexico that rescues and houses large cats and other wildlife. They grey up and were raised together - the Lion, Miki was a former illegally kept animal and rescued, along with the dog and have been kept together ever since and are good friends, hence the tail wagging and affection.
