I have this and recommend it highly. Although I don't do much graphic manipulation, THIS is where I do it when I need it to look good.

I do all of this through my kindle, I'll see if it works on it. Photoshop doesn't, so I might just have to do stuff on my laptop.

I think paint.net is only for Windows, but the price is right! ;-)
